The development team of House Flipper 2 from Frozen District recently provided an update on the state of the game and its intended plans. The initial reactions from the team and the game’s community have been mostly positive, but Frozen District acknowledges there's more to be done. They have been diligently gathering and analyzing player feedback to figure out the priority tasks, with an emphasis on identifying and resolving existing bugs, especially those affecting gameplay.
According to the team’s report on Steam, issues related to game saving that consequently delete progress or stop players from saving altogether are being addressed. They've also mentioned an ongoing bug related to infinite scrolling and the missing housing items such as curtains, blinds, and the 'Before/After' feature that lets players preview item placements.
The first hotfix to clear some of these bugs is planned to roll out in the coming week, assuming all proceeds as expected. The team is not all about bug fixes though, as they have teased about incorporating fun features in the forthcoming Spring Content Update.
This update is expected to bring a fresh range of items into the game. The teaser hints at the addition of items like hairdryers, straighteners, beach buckets, spades, and some very charming plant pots. Although the release date for the Spring Content Update hasn't been revealed yet, it's expected to become available anytime from March to June this year.
